Wedding Party

Aurelia Monnig - Maid of Honor
Aurelia is my cousin, naturally making her my oldest friend. She has always been there for me; whether it was helping me get ready for school dances, sharing some laughs over a bottle (or two) of wine, or helping me plan this wedding (bless her soul, I am the most indecisive person and I don't know how she has put up with me throughout this process). Aurelia is honestly the most creative and crafty person I know and I am so grateful and lucky to have her as my (unofficial) wedding planner!
Shawn Robbins - Best Man
I met Shawn in 6th grade. It took a few years for a friendship to develop, but as you can tell by the title of Best Man, a great one eventually did. Shawn and I have experienced many adventures, from rooming together in college, exploring a foreign country, and everything in between. His friendship and support has helped to shape me into the person I am today. I consider myself lucky to have him as a friend.
Jeremy Bush - Groomsman
Jeremy is the perfect example of the strong silent type. For part of my life he was just that guy that ran slow during soccer practice. For the other part, he has been a dependable friend. Jeremy has always been there to listen and is not hesitant to offer advice if it is needed. While life has taken it's twists and turns our friendship has remained constant.
Loren Woodall - Matron of Honor
Loren is my second oldest friend. We met in sixth grade and although we didn't become friends right away (she thought I was bossy, even though we all know she is the bossy one ;) haha), it wasn't long until we were inseparable. Loren has been there to support me through every milestone, success, failure, heartbreak, joy, bad hair day and so much more. She is one of the most kind, genuine people you will ever meet- she is so selfless and has done countless things for me that others would have rolled their eyes at. Friends like her are super rare in life and I am so blessed to have her to stand beside me on my wedding day.
Jacob Schmolinsky - Groomsman
Jacob is my younger brother. He forced me into the position of middle child so I was not happy about it at first. Then I realized that I had another male on my side instead of a little sister so I became okay with it. We have fought as all siblings do but at the end of the day we have always been there for each other.
Abbey Roalef - Bridesmaid
Abbey and I met at our first job. I remember being so nervous and shy my first day, but once we started talking, work became fun and relaxed and I can remember thinking that we were going to be lifelong friends. Abbey is my most adventurous friend- she is so fearless and has helped to pull me out of my shell. She taught me that life is short and to take spontaneous trips, because in the end, the memories that you make are worth more than the money you could've made working the weekend at a crappy serving job.
Juli Bakk - Bridesmaid
Juli and I met on a student ambassador trip to Europe. We were both shy, awkward, and pale- and although we have grown out of the shyness for the most part, we're both still pretty awkward and pale. Juli is probably my smartest friend, being that she is an OB/GYN, but she's also one of my craziest- don't let the white coat fool you! We both share a deep love for all things cats, Taylor Swift, and education, and she has always motivated me to reach for my goals and supported me throughout my schooling!
John Lyons - Groomsman
John is my future brother-in-law. We have grown close over the past few years and he continues to become even more of a friend.
Danielle Bradley - Bridesmaid
I met Danielle working at Ruby Tuesday. At first, I was very intimidated by her New York accent and personality, but soon I found that she was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Danielle is always asking how other people are, and genuinely wants to know. No matter how much time we spend together, we still have endless things to talk about and the conversation is always good and usually filled with lots of laughter. In fact, whenever we work together, the managers regularly ask us "What more could you possibly have to talk about?". Danielle is one of those people that you meet and you just click with, after all, it's not too often I find someone that has the same corny sense of humor as me and the same love and appreciation for food.
Joseph Hanks - Groomsman
Joseph is my cousin. We've always lived far apart but when we were younger we were inseparable, when visiting each other or at camp together. No matter how much time has passed since we've seen each other, we are able to pick up right where we left off.
Tyler Gray - Groomsman
Tyler is the boyfriend of Hayley's cousin, Aurelia. Since Hayley and Aurelia were always together, I got to know Tyler pretty quickly-so we never really had a choice but to become friends. Tyler is basically already part of the family. We've enjoyed a few trips, holidays, and A LOT of bourbon together.
Becky Flottman - Bridesmaid
Becky and I met in 6th grade- she was the quiet “weird girl” that meowed randomly...so of course her and I immediately became friends #WeirdosForLife. Some of my favorite memories with Becky are watching 'Weird Al Yankovic' Videos and (and then trying to recreate them with her video camera) and spending hours talking about life on her trampoline. Becky is also the only person I have ever met that had a diet consisting solely of mountain dew and pizza for most of our adolescence- I'm happy to report she has since broadened her horizons. Becky is one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met, and although she has been through a lot, she still manages to be one of the most positive and happiest people I know. It's impossible to be in a bad mood when you're around her and you'll most likely be laughing!
