The event will be in a green house and on the patio that is outside behind the main restaurant. There will be heaters but please bring layers in case you get cold. The ground in the greenhouse and surrounding area is gravel so keep that in mind when choosing footwear. There will be a shuttle that leaves from the Omni Hotel to and from the rehearsal dinner & welcome party. Please refer to the transportation page for shuttle timeline. Free parking is available on the streets surrounding the restaurant, there is also a pay lot across the street in the YMCA parking lot (3025 N Davidson St, Charlotte, NC 28205).

Please arrive at 3:30PM and enjoy warm beverages before the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM. The ceremony will be outside in front of the house (pending weather). Please dress accordingly for cooler temperatures. Parking is very limited at the venue, please plan to Uber or use provided transportation from the Omni Hotel in Uptown. The only parking option outside of the venue is street parking in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood. Please refer to the transportation page for shuttle timeline.

Please stop by for breakfast before departing. This is not a sit down event, breakfast is served on a rolling basis. Located in the Pomodoro Salon A, first floor off the bar area.
