When should I RSVP by?
We ask that all of our guests RSVP on or before April 17th through our wedding website.
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation reads "& guest" we would love for you to bring a plus one! When you RSVP, please include their name so we can address your guest properly. If your invitation does not include "& guest", please understand our wishes for you to attend on your own.
What should I do during the 2 hour break between the ceremony and reception?
Monolithic Brewing is a great brewing company on the way to the reception venue for a drink. Phoenix Food & Spirits is a great spot for a drink and to play pool/darts. For guests with invited children, there is Crosskey Villages Park or the OPPD Arboretum.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, we ask our guests to be in semi-formal to formal attire. For women that would be a dress or dressy separates. For men, jackets and ties are not required, but we ask to avoid jeans.
What are your wedding colors?
Our color pallet includes tan, sage, light pinks, bronze and champagne.
What time should I arrive?
We ask you to arrive by 1:30-1:45pm if you will be attending the ceremony to provide time to find your seat and get situated. For the reception you can arrive between 5:00-5:30pm for some cocktails before the festivities begin.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be ample parking available at the ceremony & reception.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony & reception will both be held indoors.
Where should I sit?
Our wedding will be focused on the union of two families. As such, we ask that you sit wherever you like. There will be no "bride's side" or "groom's side".
Will you be serving alcohol?
We will be serving alcohol with an open bar. However, we do ask that individuals drink responsibly, get on the dance floor, and bring cash to tip our bar staff!
Please note: Those who go beyond their limits, or cause unnecessary problems/harm to others will be asked to leave the premises.
Can I take photos?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
