When Do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than March 18, 2025.
What should I wear for this black-tie (optional-ish) wedding?
Men, we ask that you wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. No khakis, short sleeves, or shorts. Women, we ask that you wear a maxi- or floor-length gown. No short cocktail dresses. Wear whatever shoes you’d like (or bring some extra) so you can be comfortable to dance! We ask that all guests avoid white, light purples, and light blues!
Are children included in my invite?
While we love all the children in our lives, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. So, unless we have reached out to you directly about your children, we ask that you leave the kiddos at home so you can enjoy a child-free date night out of the house!
What if I have an allergy that will impact my experience?
Please reach out to one of us and we will make sure to note it so that we can inform our venue.
Am I allowed to bring a date?
We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation/RSVP.
What time are we allowed onsite and what time does the ceremony start?
Our guests are welcome to arrive at the venue starting at 5pm so there is an opportunity to find a seat for our 5:30pm ceremony.
Are your dogs part of your wedding?
Yes! Both Apollo and Athena will be part of our wedding ceremony and pictures! They are super friendly and love people so if you are allergic/nervous around dogs, please choose a seat farther from the aisle.
What is the best way to get to the venue?
If you are staying at the Hilton room block, there is a shuttle that we will be setting up to get people to and from the wedding.
Additionally, if the Marriott room block meets a certain number of bookings, we may be able to get a shuttle to/from that location as well.
If you are driving yourself, there will be ample parking in the large church parking lot next door with signage directing you where to go.
**if you plan on drinking, please plan on taking an Uber, Lyft, or other form of carpool/transportation back to your accommodations to ensure the safety of yourself and others**
What can be expected for the ceremony/reception?
Weather permitting, we will be having an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception to follow.
Our amazing venue is a beautiful, historical building so please be prepared to go up and down stairs.
If you need handicap assistance, please inform one of us ahead of time so we can let the venue know!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The bar will be fully stocked with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options for all of our guests to enjoy.
If you plan on drinking, please bring your ID with you as our venue does card. Additionally, please plan on taking an Uber, Lyft, or other form of carpool/transportation back to your accommodations to ensure the safety of yourself and others!
