Tiana O'Connor - Maid of Honor
Hi, I'm Tiana! Shoutout to the CUC freshman year roommate survey for being set up so well as to know that Heather and I are soulmates (sorry not sorry, George) and meant to be all these (10+) years later! From college roomies, to me moving states away (so sorry ily), to spending immeasurable amounts at Bucees, always visiting cross country (& even worldwide), countless birthdays, and every memory in between, Heather and I have been there for each other. To say that I will have no makeup left by the time Heather and George say their vows would be an understatement. My love for Heather is endless and I’m so glad she found her person in George that loves her maybe half as much as I do. Now let’s get ready to PARTY!!!
Taylor Wood - Best Man
Hey, I’m Woody. So…there I was, working at my first counter job at a gun store. George and some friends walk in and browse, eventually George has selected a gun he wished to purchase. After some heavy convincing (his friends asked if he was sure that’s all he wanted), he put two more rifles on the counter to purchase. Then about a month working at my new job at ISS, I see George at the daily food truck and we both ended up thinking, “that guy kinda looks familiar”. George then joined us in the weapons department a short time after that. We’ve been stuck with each other ever since.
Sara Mullen - Bridesmaid
Hi, I'm Sara. I've known Heather for a really long time now. I knew her in passing but it wasn't until I started dating her brother, Bobby, that we began to get close. Now, I'm so blessed and grateful to get to call Heather my sister, as well as one of my closest friends! We were able to have Heather stay with us during the start of her relationship with George, and it's been so sweet to see them grow into their relationship. From seeing Heather blush as she showed me a bouquet of flowers from George on their first date, to the courtesy I've always seen him treat her with - not to mention the many game nights we all spent hanging out together. I can confidently say I'm excited to have George join our family.
Robert Mullen - Groomsman
Hey, I am Heather's older brother, Bobby. George and I have known each other for over 15 years now, as mutual aficionados of the airsoft and firearms community. We have grown closer since then, especially as he and Heather have been dating. George is a good man and I'm happy to call him my brother-in-law. He will be a great and devoted husband.
Alison Hargrave - Bridesmaid
Hi, I’m Ali! My mom married Heather’s dad in 2007, so it’s safe to say that I’ve known Heather forever. If you had told me 15 years ago, let alone 5 years ago, that we would be as close as we are or that she would be my children’s favorite aunt, I’d say you’re crazy. Uncle George is my daughter’s favorite person in the world, and that says a lot because she’s just as judgy as Heather is. They took her around the aquarium a few months back and my daughter said it was her most favorite part of the trip, aside from her uncle George buying her ice cream. I’m excited for them to start this next step in life, and I can see how much they love each other….the 2nd one counts the most, so ;)
Chris Castorina - Groomsman
Hey, I’m Chris. 30 years is an eternity to some people but our friendship…no, brotherhood…has been lightening fast. I’m excited for my brother to enter this next stage in life and can’t wait to tell Heather about all the adventures that we have had that’s formed our relationship into what it is. I can’t wait to stand by George’s side as he opens this new chapter in life with Heather.
Julia Cavallo - Bridesmaid
Hi! I’m Julia, sister of the groom and soon to be sister in law of Heather! It is such a blessing to know that George has found someone as wonderful as Heather and to have seen their relationship grow over the years. I’m so happy that my big brother is with someone who loves him the way that he deserves, I’m so thankful God put them in each other's lives and Heather in our lives! Can’t wait for the wedding!!
Matthew Kinsler - Groomsman
Hey, I’m Matt. George and I met in second grade, and got into plenty of trouble together. Seems like plenty of the wedding party is into airsoft, but he and I started our addiction together. I am lucky enough to have a good number of long lasting friendships and I’m just as lucky that George was one of them. I traveled with him and his family to visit Japan and we got into plenty of hijinks. I vividly remember throwing a snowball at him during our winter trip in Himeji, he ducked sending the snowball directly into his grandmas classic well-kept house and I still to this day feel awful. Or when we were importing airsoft guns internationally and we had to sign some article from the Geneva convention, even though I don’t think it would apply to us. So guess we were bound together before you two ever were.
Michelle Benjamin - Bridesmaid
Hi, I'm Michelle (or Weak Feet to Heather for a reason that neither of us can remember)! I met Heather back in 2018 at the start of graduate school and there sure is nothing quite like the trials and tribulations of a masters degree to bring 2 people together! She is one of the most kind and genuine souls I have ever met, and I am so excited to watch one of my dearest friends get her happy ending!
Dominic Guo - Groomsman
Hey, I’m Dom. George and I met working at Turner's. Our mutual self hatred led us to becoming good friends. He was my mentor for a lot of my time there, and we ended up shooting a lot together as well. It's amazing we didn't kill each other and somehow we’ve remained friends after all this time.
Julianne Nation - Bridesmaid
Hi, I'm Julianne! I live the Chicago suburbs and I met Heather when we were suite-mates in college. We quickly bonded over a crazy roommate, but became best friends through a mutual love of superheroes, Harry Potter, and baseball (players). I learned very quickly that Heather would always have my back no matter what and I plan to always have hers. Our friendship continues to stand the test of time and distance but it never changes who we are!
Matthew Czarnowsky - Groomsman
Hey, I’m Matt. Let me tell you a story of 2 guys. They first crossed paths in 2019 when George moved from CA to GA to join the Gun Department at ISS. As an armorer, Matthew was already an expert in ensuring Hollywood's action scenes were both realistic and safe. Their professional connection quickly evolved into a strong friendship, built on mutual respect, shared skills, and an unspoken understanding of precision and discipline. At 4 inches taller than George, Matthew carries an undeniable presence— something their friends jokingly compare to the kind of camaraderie forged in high-stakes, classified operations. And while they’ll never confirm or deny their potential “ex-CIA” past, their teamwork is undeniable. Whether it’s managing firearms on set or Matthew repairing George's truck like it’s mission-critical equipment, their friendship stands as a testament to trust, loyalty, and unwavering support.
Hayden Hargrave - Flower Girl
The sweetest little chaos bug who is besties with her Aunt HeeHaw and LOVES her Uncle GoGo ❤️
Holden Hargrave - Ring Bearer
The crazy nephew who is ready to dance and always here for a good time! He loves saying “Hee. Haw.” & “GoGo” ❤️
Terry Henderson - Usher
Terry, also known as TJ, is Heather’s oldest nephew and the kiddo that made her an aunt. He was born when Heather was 13 and she has no idea what life was like before he was born as he has been in her life longer than not. He is one of her favorite humans in the world and she is so excited for him to be part of her special day ❤️
Micah Millican - Officiant
Micah is one of the pastors of our faith family, Northside Church. George always tells people that the best thing that ever happened to him was Micah “kidnapping” him into the church. Micah has been a phenomenal support system for us in our lives and especially in our faith. We are so thankful and blessed that he is officiating our special day!
