The dress code will be formal. We recommend suits with ties for the gentlemen and cocktail or long dress for the women.
Where will the ceremony & reception be?
Opal Sands Resort on Clearwater Beach.
We hope to have the ceremony outside, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, but this will be weather permitting. Although we will have a great view of the water as our backdrop, you will not have to walk through sand or be seated on the beach.
Cocktail hour and reception will be inside the hotel following the ceremony.
Where should we stay?
We have a room block arranged at the Opal Sands Resort (the location of the wedding), as well as Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach, but there are multiple other hotels along Clearwater Beach that are in walking distance of the Opal Sands Resort.
What time should we arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30pm. If you are driving, please plan accordingly and expect traffic coming into Clearwater Beach. Also allot time for valet if you are driving your own car.
Where do we park?
Although we recommend being dropped off or using a ride share instead of driving yourself to the event, Opal Sands offers valet only for on-site parking.
Can we bring our kids with us?
We love all of your little ones, but this event will be adult only.
