There are tons of hiking and running trails around the park. There is also the famous "Hole in the Rock" (pictured) which requires a short uphill walk to a beautiful spot with views of the valley.
There is a ~3 mile loop that goes around the park. There is also a place to rent paddle boats, stand-up paddle boards, etc.
The Desert Botanical Garden is located right by Papago park. It is home to thousands of species of cactus, trees and flowers from all around the world spread across 55 acres.
Mill Ave, located near ASU, has a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. One of our favorite places is Snakes and Lattes; it's a great place to grab a snack and a cocktail and play some of their hundreds of board games!
This museum is huge and houses thousands of instruments from all over the world. It's easy to spend an entire day here so plan accordingly
The Phoenix Zoo is also located in Papago Park. It would be easy to do both in the same day!
There are pickle ball courts across the valley! We play at the courts up in North Scottsdale (Cholla Park and Horizon Park), but there are also courts closer by (Tempe Sports Complex)
