We are so appreciative of our guests who are traveling in order to take part in our big day! Whether you're coming from out of the country or somewhere else in the valley, please feel free to book at our hotel block for a discounted rate (linked below; must book by March 5th). A shuttle service will also be provided to/from the reception for guests staying at this hotel.
Shuttle Service
For our guests staying at the Sheraton Mesa Hotel, there will be a shuttle service to and from the reception only (not the ceremony).
The shuttles will bring everyone to the reception venue for cocktail hour. There will be trips at 4:45, 5:00, and 5:15 pm.
Then, they will make regular trips starting at 11:30 pm until 2:15 am to bring guests back to the hotel when they are ready.
Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West
We are so happy that you would like to join us at the Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West. To book your hotel room, please click on the link provided and it will bring you directly to our wedding room block page with the allotted booking dates. The discounted room rate is offered three days pre and post, but will require you to reach out to our Rooms Manager, Jeramy Charles, in order to extend your stay or change your room type. Before reaching out to Jeramy, please book your stay within the allotted dates and then email him at jeramy.charles@sheratonmesa.com (extended dates and room types are based on availability at the time of booking).
If there are no rooms available when you go to book, please reach out to the bride, groom, or their parents so they can expand the hotel block!

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
This is the airport that you will want to fly into. Our venues are about a 15 minute drive from Sky Harbor. If you are not renting a car, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft from the airport.
