DINNER MENU


Beef - Filet au poivre braised beef served with potato hash, asparagus and bordelaise sauce.


Chicken - Sage roasted chicken breast served with potato dumplings, wild mushrooms, mustard greens and red wine chicken jus.


Vegetarian - Spaghetti squash served with sun dried tomato, roasted broccoli, caramelized onion and extra virgin olive oil.


Everyone will have a choice of a soup and/or salad:


Salad - Arcadian greens with red wine poached pear, goat cheese, candied walnuts and red wine vinaigrette.


Soup - Roasted tomato and red pepper soup.
