WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 2:30 pm but no later than 2:55 pm. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the ceremony site until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring that we have our special moment, uninterrupted.

ARE THERE ACOMODATIONS SHOULD I NOT WISH TO MAKE THE DRIVE BACK HOME AFTERWARDS?

Yes! There are lodges, cabins, and campground on site however they are going quick. Please see the Travel tab for more accommodations as well!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We encourage our guests to dress for their best summer day! Like you were going to the derby or a tea party for reference. We do understand that it may be hot and while we dont expect you to be wearing layers of clothing, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or tshirts until after the important parts of the reception! After we have taken all the most important pictures with you, our DJ will let guests know when you are free to change into clothes of comfort for the rest of the evening!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

We would love to see your point of view of our special day! To ensure our photographer is able to do her best work in capturing our big day, we KINDLY ask that should she need to get a shot and your phone is visible for it, please respect should she ask you to tuck it away for a moment for her to do her job. There will be a QR code for you to submit pictures of the wedding to an online album

WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION END?

The reception does not have an end time and may continue into the early hours of the morning however we will be doing an official *sparkler* toast towards the end of the evening for those that may need to leave before 9pm.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Of course! Your invitation is for your immediate family. We will have a kids table with activities for them to do!

WILL THERE BE ACCESSABLE PARKING?

Yes! There is a big parking lot down at Diamond Hall where the reception will be held (directly next to the ceremony site). There is also parking available located across from the office when you first arrive and at the bottom of the sliding hill.
