The universe has a way of working in mysterious ways. The first time Heather and Robert met, it was all business. Robert was the Director of Security at the Independence Center Mall, Heather was the Assistant Manager at Maurices.

The moment things turned for them was the day Robert had removed his face-mask (Covid 2021). Once the mask was removed Heather had to turn and walk away, as she was containing her laugh. You see, she had envisioned his face as someone clean shaven, with a strong jaw. Once the mask was removed , the vision was broken and the truth revealed.

Lucky for them this allowed for jokes to start, and a friendship to build. From advice, walks, and talking about life, they found comfort in the familiarity of one another.

Robert and Heather have formed a bond based on trust, honesty, and open communication but we mustn’t forget the most important thing of all their humor.

Their love for each other grows each and everyday. While they are not the most traditional couple and have a tendency to do things backwards, with love and laughter anything is possible for them.
