The answer is... US! :-)

Our story is simple and fun just like us.

We initially met back in the fall of 2012. After returning from a summer long internship in Colorado, I learned my little sisters were enrolled in after school karate classes and my family needed my help dropping them off and picking them up. I walked into the dojo to introduce myself and also get familiar with the instructors; as I wold be dropping off the little ones throughout the week. With one look, I decided that I would NOT be only dropping off the girls but I would most definitely stick around and watch the class (mostly for the handsome instructor). After a few months of failed attempts to just simply pluck up the courage to even just say "Hi" to this handsome instructor named Andrew, I was talked into signing up for a 10-week self defense class with him as the lead instructor. Those 10 weeks were brutal and fun, filled with lots of nerves trying to impress him but my karate moves seemed to work because after 10 weeks we were meeting to have our first cup of coffee.. From there on you can say the rest is history but I'm pretty convinced it was all just part of God's plan.

So it all started five years ago. I was teaching martial arts at the time and one day I noticed a very cute girl come into the school to start watching her sisters take class. Obviously aware that people are watching me when I teach, I made sure on the days she was there I was going to be impressive, pulling out all my moves and my best classes in order to impress her from far away. I was very shy and hoping that all my moves would do the talking for me. Then I found out that she was enrolled in a ten week self defense course that I was teaching. I found myself constantly gazing at her when she wasn't looking but when we were paired up together I played it cool. Until one day, I mustered up enough courage (with help from my friend and co-worker) to ask her out to coffee. From that day on sh's all I've known. Some people say I got lucky to find my other half on the first try, but I disagree! God set this all up.
