Yes! We have secured a hotel room block with the Viana Hotel & Spa in Westbury, N.Y. from Thursday, July 18 - Saturday, July 20. We have arranged the wedding block so that guests can begin to check in on Thursday, July 18. The block also extends through the night of the wedding (July 19) with checkout coming on Saturday, July 20. Please note, that all reservations for the hotel must be made up to one month before the wedding!

Yes! We have a 31-passenger bus shuttle running every half hour from the Viana Hotel to Jericho Terrace until 6:30 p.m. The same shuttle will pick up guests at the end of the evening, pick-up time is TBA.

If your children are included on your invite, absolutely! If they are not, unfortunately they are not invited. Thank you for your understanding.

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. When you arrive at Jericho Terrace, make your way to the skylight room to join us at the ceremony. The reception will take place upstairs inside of the Dome Room. We'll see you on the dance floor! :)

Yes! There are elevators that can take you to and from every room we will be occupying.
