Things to Do

The biggest attraction in Lake Havasu City is of course, the Lake. Plenty of places to sit and swim without a boat! From the white sand on the London Bridge beach along the far western end of the channel to the Island beaches and even Rotary park, there are plenty of places to enjoy the water.

On the island is a walking path or a biking path that is approximately 3.5 miles long in a loop. Offering different views of both the lake and the city.
For the golfers out there, the courses are The Refuge located a few miles north west of the city and two courses within the city called Lake Havasu Golf Club. Undoubtedly The Refuge is a better course and golf in mid spring is a prime activity.

Hiking and walking in Sara park is always a fun way to spend the day. Sara park is home to the “crack in the mountain”, an impressive slot canyon right in town. You can also walk the original London Bridge or walk the Lake Havasu Channel to get memorable views of the lake from the English Village.

Mid April is one of the most pleasant times to visit Havasu, with warmer temperatures compared to most places, it is still much cooler than it is in August!
