My sister, best friend, and confidante. I don't know what I would do without this girl and I'm so excited to have her by my side on my big day. In a way, I have Monica to thank for me meeting Steve. She was so supportive of my cross-country move and helped me get settled in Washington. I never would have guessed life would take us both out to the west coast (aka the best coast) but here we are!

Alex has been my brother for just about as long as I can remember. Both of us grew up playing baseball and video games. I learned to swing a baseball bat left handed by imitating the way Alex did it since he is naturally left handed. He graduated from USC with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and afterwards spent a year abroad in China doing Lord knows what! Ask him about it when you see him, I'm sure he'll love to tell you!

It's hard to say what anyone at Seattle University would've done without Max. He garnished the nickname "Maxi Cab" because he was always willing to give people rides to wherever they needed to go (let's be real, we were in college, it was a party). We spent a summer in California playing summer baseball together after my freshman year in the Bay Area where we did just about everything except actually play baseball.

Alana is my oldest childhood friend. We met in 1st grade and have experienced so many stages of life together. As kids, we were always doing weird stuff and getting into trouble. I'm sure my mom has some stories! I'm so glad we have stayed in touch after so many years and living so far apart.

Nate is another teammate on the Seattle U baseball team. We roomed together for 2 years in college and had some truly amazing times, including our wicked Chuckie and Tommy costumes we did Sophomore year. One of the not so good times was sleeping through 6 AM weights... during hell week... needless to say that didn't go well for either of us. He's a true friend and a great dude with an infectious smile. I'm stoked to have him as part of my wedding party!

My BFFL! Lauren is also a friend from elementary school. We made being band geeks look cool :p I'm so lucky to have this girl in my life and even living across the country from each other, we always pick up right where we left off. This photo is from our trip to England when we were only 18.

Cullen is another Seattle U baseball friend from the original freshman class. He is available to provide hugs for those who need it. We roomed together for 2 years in college and he helped introduce Heidi and me. Cullen is one of the chillest dudes I know, with some wicked dance moves! Let's all look forward to the open bar and see what this guy can do!

I met Amelia at the beginning of nursing school at Michigan State University (GO GREEN). Actually, we met at a nursing home playing bingo with the elderly because we were little angels haha. Between classes, late night studying, and a healthy amount of various alcohol induced activities, we spent a lot of time together! Love this girl.

Riley Ponce Tompkins! Lots to say about this fine young gentlemen. Another Seattle U baseball guy, he was one of the few wise upperclassmen to us frightened freshmen. We spent a phenomenal summer together sharing our similar passion and tastes in music, video games, and just all around having one helluva time. 95% of the time I am spotted out and about in Seattle, it is for this man's birthday.

Val is another reason why I made it through nursing school with at least half my sanity. She is always there to make me laugh, listen to me complain about stuff, and offer words of wedding wisdom. I'm so excited to have all my favorite people in one place!

John and I met in college where we both graduated with computer engineering degrees from Seattle U. We did our senior project together and roomed for 2 years after college. John introduced me to the art and passion of cooking, and to this day, I've never met anyone who enjoys cooking more than he does!

Nicole has been there from the beginning of Heidi & Steve and was instrumental to the proposal. This goofy gal helped make Seattle feel like home. We actually both went to Michigan State but didn't meet until we moved to Seattle and got jobs at the same Hospital. Small world! Nicole is my adventure buddy and "yes girl" and she's always leading me into the wilderness to probably get lost. Thankfully, we always (eventually) find our way.
