Heidi and Masie met running cross county in high school. They ran many miles together and have been best friends since then. They attended the same nursing school and are both Registered Nurses. They love to chat about interesting patients. They have supported each other through thick and thin for over 10 years.

Kiley is Heidi's youngest sister. They are known to look very similar and are often mistaken for each other. Kiley is Heidi's go-to for outfit and make-up opinions. They enjoy working out together and exchanging memes.

Katie is Heidi's second oldest sister. Katie helped Heidi to get into running. She was one of Heidi's cross country coaches in High School. Now a personal trainer in Texas, Katie is affectionately known in the Panek family as "Coach P."

Amy is Heidi's oldest sister. Amy is a notorious animal lover and an excellent cook. Heidi appreciate's Amy's knowledge of animal health and behavior. She was especially helpful when Chewy was a puppy. Amy now lives in Texas. Heidi misses her fruit salad and broccoli cheddar soup.

Emily is closest in age to Heidi, with just 18 months between them. Emily is the sweetest sister. She is very sensitive to others emotions and is always looking to cheer a person up with a small gifts, a handmade card, or kind words. She helped to brighten many of Heidi's diffucult days being far away from Josh. We call her "Sweet Em."

Josh and Ruben met in 3rd grade. Josh chose Ruben as a friend because he was the toughest kid on the playground. They attended 3rd-12th grades together.

Josh and Nathan attended school together from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Josh enjoyed all the trouble they would get into including at boy scouts and their weekend hangouts.

Josh and John met in Kindergarten. Josh's favorite memories of John are the time spent playing video games together.

Josh and Andy met in Kindergarten. They share a love for sports.

Josh and Arron met in elementary school. Josh had Aaron cut his while Aaron was attending the Paul Michell School. Check out @aarondoes.hair.

Josh and Will met in Kindergarten, but became close friends after high school. When Will is town, Josh and Heidi enjoy hearing of his time as white water rafting guide in Alaska.

Josh and Jessie met in kindergarten. Josh's favorite memories with Jessie include the times they spent fishing at Dixon Lake.
