When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 20th, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive promptly at 4:15pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat. All other weekend activities are listed under 'Weekend Itinerary'
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim & avoid shades of white.
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name on your invitation. You will be able to RSVP for your whole party. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Are kids allowed?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Please be sure to RSVP for the children included on your invitation.
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'not attending' so we can plan accordingly! Thank you
Where do I park?
Our venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to Uber/Lyft. For those staying at our hotel we will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you--get ready to party! For this reason we encourage you to Uber/Lyft/Shuttle to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The entire wedding will be outdoors. The reception will be under a sail cloth tent. In the event of inclement weather there are options at our venue to stay covered!
Where can I stay nearby?
This information will be under our 'Travel' section. If you decide to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manchester, we have reserved a wedding block using the promo code SW25. We will be hosting a welcome dinner and a post-wedding brunch which will be included in your invitation and under the 'Weekend Itinerary' tab on our website.
