While I am definitely more of a mountains than a beach girl, Vero Beach is special to me and I want to share this beautiful town that Jakob grew up in with all of you. The other reason though is that I have found planning a wedding to be too overwhelming with med school responsibilities, so Janine and Joe have graciously stepped in to offer us their home and help us plan, and I could not be more grateful to them.

The church has a medium sized lot that should have room for most guests, especially if you carpool. The Mathieu's residence has very limited parking so we politely ask that after the ceremony you return to your hotels and consolidate into fewer cars or uber/lyft to their house. The Staybridge Suites will also have a shuttle available. Thank you!

Please wear formal or semi-formal attire. This includes tuxes, suits, sports jackets, gowns, cocktail dresses, and long floral dresses. Given that our wedding is in Florida and we want everyone to be comfortable, men are also permitted to wear nice slacks or khakis and a collared shirt as long as you are not in the wedding party. Please no jeans or casual attire. We also hope to end the night with a pool party so feel free to bring along your favorite swim suit or just jump in the pool in your clothes! We won't judge ;)
