Booking process: Guests can contact the Reservations Team either by phone or email. Reservations can be reached Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sundays from 9am to 2pm. Telephone numbers are 613.271.1800 / 888.826.2220. A guestroom block of 15 rooms will be arranged for, Saturday October 5th 2024. The preferred room rate for base guestroom type (King/Double Queen) will be $219 per night. If you are interested in accommodations for the night prior to our wedding date, you would be extended the preferred rate.

Guestroom Block Details:

Guestrooms will be held until 60 days prior to our wedding day, August 6th. After this day all remaining guestrooms will be released.

Taxes and fees are not included in above provided rates.

Upgraded room types are available at preferred rates.

Parking: $13.95 per night in a secure, climate controlled, underground parking garage

You have full access to the fitness center, indoor and seasonal outdoor pool, whirlpools, saunas and Zone525 games room.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours in advance, by 4pm the day prior to arrival. If cancellations are made after 4:00 pm on the day prior to arrival, Brookstreet reserves the right to charge for one nights accommodation plus taxes

Early Check-in: due to forecasted occupancy levels Brookstreet is unable to offer early check-in. In order to secure a room for early check-in it has been suggested booking the night before.
