Do not miss the shuttle it will not be coming back until after the reception.
The hotel desk will have the departure time for your hotel at the front desk. If you book a room at the estate you will not need the shuttle.
The Morris Estate (Blacksmith Lodge)
There is no block or reservation on these rooms. It is first come first serve. The rate is non- negotiable. This lodge is a Bed and Breakfast on the estate where the wedding is being held. Common areas are shared with other guests. There are 3 private suites.
The Morris Estate (Private Cabins)
There is no block or reservation on these rooms. It is first come first serve. The rate is non- negotiable. These cabins are on the estate where the wedding is being held. There are 2 private cabins.
Quality Inn & Suites Niles
Closest Hotel to Venue.
Cheapest Hotel but also oldest.
A Shuttle will be sent to the hotel to shuttle guests to and from the venue on Wedding day only. We want people to enjoy the open bar and festivities.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites
Furthest Hotel from Venue. A Shuttle will be sent to the hotel to shuttle guests to and from the venue on Wedding day only.
Room Block Info:
-Rooms held until 5/1/23 please reserve before 5/1/23
-Reservations can be made by calling the hotel with block code
-Check in 3pm Friday, check out 11am Sunday
Hampton Inn Niles
A shuttle will be sent to the hotel to shuttle guests to and from the venue on the wedding day only.
People may call the hotel at 269.684.1446, if a recording begins, press zero for the operator and then simply ask to make a reservation within the block. This is by far the easiest way although if the front desk agent is busy or otherwise indisposed they might not answer.
Call 1.800.HILTONS (1.800.445.8667) and let the operator make the reservation making sure you tell them Niles MICHIGAN (there are multiple Niles out there) and giving the HTW code.
Go online at www.hilton.com and put Niles Michigan into the “Where to” window> enter the dates > Click on “special Rate”> then enter your custom code in the “Group Code” window, click on close and your rate should pop up.
