Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?
To maintain an intimate wedding atmosphere, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one option, this will be shown when you RSVP.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, so plan to arrive by 4:00 PM.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not receive your RSVP by February 9th 2026, your response will automatically be marked as "not attending." While we regret any inconvenience, we must provide our vendors with a final guest count by their deadline. Thank you for your understanding!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.
What will the weather be like?
In May, the typical weather in Marco Island is high 70s/low 80s (25c to 28c) during the day and cooler at night.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course! For a whole FIVE hours! If you aren't staying at the venue, please arrange transportation if you plan on drinking.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Hors' d'oeuvres will be passed around during cocktail hour following the ceremony. We will then all enjoy a three course dinner. You will be prompted to select your choice of entree when you RSVP.
When should I plan to arrive in Marco Island?
If you're planning to stay at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort or a nearby hotel, check-in is at 4:00 PM (unless early check-in is available). Since this timing might conflict with ceremony preparations, consider arriving the day before. Alternatively, you can coordinate with friends or family who will have a room from the previous night to get ready there.
