Jake and Hope met in Helena, MT while attending school at Carroll College (Go Saints!). They met through a mutual friend at a birthday party over the summer of 2020. They slowly became friends after Jake came to Hope’s rescue and helped shovel out a car during a snow storm. Overtime, seeing each other more and more, their friendship developed into a loving relationship.

In winter 2024, Jake flew down to Vegas to visit Hope for Christmas. He surprised her by proposing on Christmas Eve. She said yes!

Hope and Jake will be settling in Boise after getting married, both will be working as Physician Assistants in the Treasure Valley. They both hope to have a loving and fruitful marriage with many adventures to come while they begin building their family.
