Our Wedding

We met through our friend, CeCe, about six years ago. We painted a wine glass and beer mug (pictured above). We quickly realized we both love donuts and have similar senses of humor and became friends. After a year or so of being friends, we nearly started a relationship but ended up going our separate ways.We both must have had regrets because three years later we reconnected. We hadn't kept in touch as much over the years, but on our first date, it was like we had hung out just days ago. Everything easily fell into place and felt like we needed to give this a shot.Months passed and it was still easy. After almost a year, we decided to take a big step and move in together. Michael went from living with his cat to now having two kids and a dog added. He embraced the chaos and not only grew a relationship with Hope but also with Jude and Hazel.Then November 19, Michael proposed with Jude and Hazel's permission because they are the biggest parts of our life. Hazel will tell you all, Michael did not get down on one knee until she made him.We cannot wait for our family and friends to be a big part of our day. We knew pretty early in our relationship that this day would eventually come.

Hope and Amber became friends in August 2016 and have grown close over the years.  We have also been co-workers for the majority of our friendship as well. We have gone on trips and plan to go on many more in the future.

Chandra is to blame for this whole wedding happening. She is the one that introduced Hope and Michael. She also may have pushed us together here and there because we are her favorite people and it's just easier to put us together so she can easily hang out with us at the same time in the future.

Hope and Tabatha realized this year that they have been friends for 20 years. After that realization, they felt a little old. They have been there for each other through many life events. Even though they live in different states, every time they get together, it's just like when they used to eat pizza rolls and ranch back in middle school-- except with children constantly interrupting them.

The brother of Michael will be performing the duties of the best man by default as he is the only brother.
