Address to the venue: 460 Empress Lane, Woodland, WA 98674. There is plenty of parking available on site to accommodate for guests driving in, carpooling may be optimal. For those traveling South bound from North, best route to take is I5 South to Portland. We kindly ask for guests who are choosing to commute to factor in road hazards, traffic, and unpredictable weather as part of your plan.

There will be an option for open bar and alcoholic drinks for purchase. We hope that everyone in attendance will drink responsibly. The venue has a very strict policy and sneaking in any sort of alcohol can lead to termination of the party or result in removal of disruptive guests. We ask that you take this seriously to ensure a happy smooth day for the couple! We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

It's June, but it's also Seattle! Anticipate warmer weather, although please keep in mind, rain may very much be a possibility. The path leading up to the venue and cocktail hour will be held outdoors; walking surface is all concrete to make any footwear reasonable. Ladies please avoid anything white or green to allow our bride to have those signature colors!

Please refrain from bringing any pets to the venue. If your invitation link has your child's name on it, they are part of our guest count, otherwise, no additional kids are to be expected. If you are traveling from far and have no babysitting options, please promptly discuss the matter with the couple so that we can accommodate to the best of our abilities.

Please ensure that you arrive on time, no later than 4:30pm. The couple will make their entrance at 4:45pm and doors will be closing right after. In the event that we do have late guests, doors will reopen after the cocktail hour has been completed.
