We kindly ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. It is our desire to keep a reverent atmosphere at the ceremony as a symbol of the significance and special nature of marriage. Ultimately, your attire is not our main concern. Please do not worry if you do not have apparel that matches our suggested dress code. You presence is far more meaningful to us than your appearance. Suggested attire for women includes knee-length, midi, or maxi dresses, or an elegant jumpsuit, paired with sandals, flats, or heels. We kindly ask that guests avoid sneakers, overly revealing clothing, and white dresses. Suggested attire for men includes a suit or a collared shirt with a tie, accompanied by dress shoes. As a couple, it is our desire that everyone dress in a manner that honors those around them. We ask that modesty be kept in mind when selecting attire so as not to distract from the purpose of the day and to show respect for one another.

Our wedding colors are crimson, deep blue, emerald, amber, and black, complemented by both silver and gold accents. Should you wish, you are welcome to incorporate these colors into your attire.

We consider marriage to be a covenant before God that ultimately reflects the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our ceremony will include elements such as worship through song, prayer, and other expressions of faith. While we desire that all people come to know and enjoy God, we also recognize the value of sincerity in spiritual practices. Because authenticity in worship is important to us, we do not wish to create an environment of pressure or obligation. If you are not comfortable or compelled to join us in worship, we ask that you refrain.
