WHEN WILL YOUR WEDDING DAY RSVP OPEN?

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Since our wedding day is quite a large event, we will only accommodate "Plus Ones" on the RSVP list.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

This is an ADULTS ONLY wedding. We know that you may want to travel and vacation with your entire family, including children, and that is magical! If you need a nanny or babysitting services for your child or children on the day of the wedding, we recommend reaching out to Nicole of Aloha Sitters at contactalohasitters@gmail.com. Aloha Sitters can provide premium, in-hotel or in-accommodation nanny and babysitting services.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

If you decide to drive, please arrive for our ceremony no earlier than 3:30pm. If you are taking advantage of our round-trip bus transportation to/from Waikiki to the wedding day venue, please visit the "Travel" tab here on our wedding website for the day-of itinerary.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Aloha Casual Meets Country -- Hawaiian Shirts & Cowboy Hats/Boots encouraged. No Ties (except Bolo)! Ladies -- flats or block heels are preferred since the wedding is on grass.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Yes, we absolutely want you to feel comfortable eating at our wedding! Please include as much detail as you need on your RSVP response. Once the RSVP is closed, please email our wedding planner, Annie Kamiya, to update any dietary restrictions or food allergy needs not relayed earlier.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Yes! We have secured a room discount code at our hotel, The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, that is located in Waikiki. Please check the "Travel" tab here on our wedding website for that discount code and other recommendations for accommodations, flights & rental car.

I'M EXCITED TO BOOK MY TRAVEL. WHEN YOU SUGGEST I FLY IN AND FLY OUT FROM HONOLULU?

We are still in the process of planning events to bookend our wedding but we suggest flying in Monday, September 23, 2024 and flying out on Monday, September 30, 2024.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WAIKIKI TO THE CEREMONY?

Yes! If you would like to take advantage of our round-trip bus transportation to/from Waikiki to the wedding day venue, please visit the "Travel" tab here on our wedding website for the day-of itinerary.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

We encourage you to take the guest transport we are providing if you are staying in Waikiki. However, if you desire driving, there is ample parking at our ceremony/reception venue. NOTE: 1) vehicles CANNOT be left overnight at our wedding venue so please plan accordingly if you will be drinking; and 2) Uber/Lyft is NOT an option as our venue is located in a rural area on O'ahu.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER EVENTS THAT I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT AROUND THE WEDDING?
