Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Duportail House at 297 Adams Drive in Chesterbrook, PA.

The ceremony will begin at 5pm, so we reccomend that guests begin arriving at 4:30pm. The cocktail hour and reception will directly follow and conclude at 10pm.

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal, so long dresses/jumpsuits or suits and ties.

The wedding party is wearing blush pink and royal blue. But don’t feel like those colors are off limits. We picked them because they are our favorites, so we’d be perfectly happy to see folks wearing them.

The ceremony will be outside on the front lawn of the house (weather allowing). Cocktail hour will be inside. Dinner will be served outside in covered tents. And we’ll move back inside for dancing.

For those not familiar with the local weather, we’ll be expecting highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s. For those across the pond, that would be 26 C at the hottest and 10 C at the lowest.

We have reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn in Berwyn, PA. If you go to the Hotel tab of our website, you will find a link for making reservations. The hotel is 10 minutes from the venue, and we will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue, and back.

Our venue has size limitations, so we have invited everyone by name instead of extending plus ones. Please refer to the name(s) on your envelope or the number of people listed on your RSVP card if you are unsure. Or just reach out to us!

If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know ASAP so we can make sure our caterer can accommodate you! We will have a buffet with filet mignon (gluten free and dairy free), salmon (pescatarian, gluten free, dairy free), pasta (vegetarian), mashed potatoes (vegetarian and gluten free), and roasted vegetables (vegan, gluten free).

If you choose to drive to the wedding, there is plenty of parking on site. If you are staying at the Fairfield Inn, we are providing a trolley to shuttle guests to/from the venue.

The trolley will take guests to the venue in two groups starting at 4pm. Please make sure you are ready in the hotel lobby by 4pm. The trolley will begin bringing guests back from the reception at 9:30pm and the final shuttle will come after the reception ends at 10:00pm.

We are so grateful for our family and friends who have come from near and far to celebrate our wedding! And we can't wait to see everyone, so we will be welcoming everyone with drinks and snacks the night before the wedding.

The welcome drinks reception will be held at The Refectory at 862 Lancaster Avenue in Villanova, PA.

If you drive to the welcome reception, there is a parking garage across the street, and the restaurant will validate your parking. If you are staying at the Fairfield Inn, the restaurant is 15 minutes from the hotel by Uber or car.

We will be serving beer, wine, and a couple signature cocktails, as well as crudite and charcuterie to snack on.

This is the start of a celebratory weekend, so please come in celebratory cocktail attire!

The welcome reception is being held from 8pm-10pm, and we can't wait to see you there!
