5:30pm - Guests transition to reception venue, dinner orders taken

Shuttle Service & Parking

Shuttle Service will be provided only in the evening - beginning from 10pm and ending at 1:30am. This is an excellent option for for getting back to your hotel/accommodation after the wedding has concluded.

Shuttles will drop guests off at any address within the Canmore Area, including the three hotel recommendations listed on our website.

Recommendations:

1) Park at the venue. After the wedding, take the shuttle back to your hotel, and in the morning pick up your vehicle from the venue (overnight parking is OK).

2) Park at your hotel. Take a cab or carpool to get to the venue. After the wedding, take the shuttle back to your hotel.

Parking your vehicle at the venue is free. You are not required to have a national park vehicle pass to park in Canmore.

Cell Phone Usage

We would like you to be present during our wedding and disconnect from your phone during to experience the magic of the mountains and our wedding. Don't worry, you will have an opportunity to take photos during the ceremony and reception as designated times :)
