Travel Recommendations: We recommend flying into Grand Junction Regional Airport, which is a 1.5 hr drive from Glenwood Springs. There is no Uber/Lyft in our area so we highly recommend renting a car. Other Airport Options:  Aspen/Pitkin County Airport Eagle County Regional Airport Denver International Airport* *Please Note: If flying into Denver International Airport, it is a 3 hour drive to Glenwood Springs. This drive can take much longer due to traffic and road closures. Traveling from Denver to Glenwood Springs and back on Labor Day weekend will likely add several hours to your trip due to high traffic. We recommend avoiding DIA if possible.

The Hotel Colorado is located in downtown Glenwood Springs and only a 6 minute walk from our venue. Additionally, this hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bars and other attractions in town. Please see link for our event specific hotel block. This link is valid through 07/30/2024 with limited availability. The sooner you book, the better!

The Hotel Denver is also located in downtown Glenwood Springs and only a 3 minute walk from our venue. Please call and mention the Prosence wedding to book through our room block. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your accommodations for the weekend.

We highly recommend booking accommodations with one of the two hotels listed, as they are both walking distance to our venue. If you wish to stay somewhere else please note that we are not providing transportation to and from our venue. There are no Ubers or Lyfts in our area. We want all our loved ones to have a safe and fun time!

Travel

Tequila’s is a go to in Glenwood Springs for celebrations. Enjoy a margarita and standard Mexican fare on their patio! We recommend this spot for large groups, however please anticipate a waitlist!

Enjoy locally sourced favorites in the heart of Glenwood. We recommend this spot for lunch or dinner. Our favorite is their Bloody Mary!

Co. Ranch House

Looking for a donut or breakfast burrito on the go? Look no further! This is one of our favorite quick stops for breakfast. Pro tip: Ask for the soup of the day!

Sweet Coloradough

Glenwood Springs is famous for its natural hot springs (hence the name). We recommend checking out Iron Mountain Hot Springs! Go online to reserve a time slot ahead of time.

Smoke Modern BBQ

We highly recommend taking the gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain. Tickets are usually around $40 per person but the views are worth it. Enjoy a cocktail once you reach the top! Before heading to Aspen, go online to ensure that the Gondola is running the date and time of your visit.

Our favorite spot in the valley is White House Tavern located in Aspen, CO. Our go to order is the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It is large enough to split between 2 people. Snag a spot on the patio for exceptional people watching!
