Travel Recommendations:
We recommend flying into Grand Junction Regional Airport, which is a 1.5 hr drive from Glenwood Springs. There is no Uber/Lyft in our area so we highly recommend renting a car.

*Please Note: If flying into Denver International Airport, it is a 3 hour drive to Glenwood Springs. This drive can take much longer due to traffic and road closures. Traveling from Denver to Glenwood Springs and back on Labor Day weekend will likely add several hours to your trip due to high traffic. We recommend avoiding DIA if possible.
Hotel Colorado
The Hotel Colorado is located in downtown Glenwood Springs and only a 6 minute walk from our venue. Additionally, this hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bars and other attractions in town. Please see link for our event specific hotel block. This link is valid through 07/30/2024 with limited availability. The sooner you book, the better!
The Hotel Denver
The Hotel Denver is also located in downtown Glenwood Springs and only a 3 minute walk from our venue. Please call and mention the Prosence wedding to book through our room block. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your accommodations for the weekend.
We highly recommend booking accommodations with one of the two hotels listed, as they are both walking distance to our venue. If you wish to stay somewhere else please note that we are not providing transportation to and from our venue. There are no Ubers or Lyfts in our area. We want all our loved ones to have a safe and fun time!
