When should I RSVP by

With our ceremony planned for August 1st, we kindly request that all RSVP's are finalized by May 1st 2025 to allow time for us to finalize plans with our vendors and the venue.

What is the Dress Code For The Ceremony & Reception?

We would love to see you all get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional. If you are unsure, please feel free to reach out to Bella or Tucker. Suits and dresses encouraged!

Are Children Invited?

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night. Any young adults invited will be specifically called out on invite envelopes. If you have any questions- please reach out to Bella and Tucker!

Can I Bring a +1?

Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a nicely shaded space. The cocktail hour and reception will be across the street in an indoor facility

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive by 5:00 PM to ensure you are seated on time. Guests will not be permitted entry to the ceremony after the start time.

Where do I park?

Hotel Covington offers valet services at the main entrance to the building. Alternatively, their parking garage is located directly next to the building for easy access.

Can I take Pictures During The Ceremony?

We ask that you put your phones away and share in the moment with us as we say "I Do." We have hired a professional to capture the moment for us and will be happy to share the photos after the ceremony. Tucker said that if he see's any phones during the ceremony, he will personally stop the wedding and put you in wedding jail... We don't even want to know what that means. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed!! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly. Don't worry- we'll still love you.
