I met Natasha during my time leading Young Life in college. We quickly bonded over our similar upbringings, and continued our close friendship with our shared loved for sharing cute clothes, a lot of giggles and having the ability to see right through each other....giving us the chance to show up for each other when we need it most.

Caitie was the only girl my age who lived on my street when I first moved to Brookfield in 5th grade. I used to knock on her door to play Webkinz with her. Over the years, we would continue to say hi to each other on our street and in the hallways at school, but our friendship really blossomed when we both went to summer camp in high school and rekindled our bond. Over the course of multiple road trips, concerts, months spent at camps, major life changes, relationships, tears and inside jokes, we continued to remain best friends. I feel so lucky to have known Caitie for so long, and know I will have someone standing beside me who has seen me through so many season of life and knows me, inside and out.

I met Aileen two years ago at work - I always knew her as the girl who dressed really cool in the hallways, and finally stopped to introduce myself to her when I realized we went to college together. From there, our friendship grew as we slowly but surely got to know each other, quickly realizing we naturally clicked. We instantly felt comfortable opening up to each other and felt comfort in knowing we could sit in silence together or not see each other for 2 weeks, but pick up right where we left off. Aileen is a natural fit for me - but also instantly clicked well with John and both of our families. We are so lucky to know her and have her as one of our best friends!

Natalie is my cousin, but has always basically been my cool older sister. I have always looked up to her and tried to follow in her footsteps, always wanting the same cool clothes as Nat and following her footsteps to be a cheerleader in high school. Her excitement and intentionality with this wedding has meant the world to me and is a testament to how great she is. I'm so lucky to have such a close family member standing on my side during our special day <3

MY FUTURE SISTER-IN -LAW!! When John's brother, Brian, first brought Deisy home, I was over the moon. She carries herself with grace, patience, and kindness at all times. I admire her for her deep love for her family, her humble spirit, and most of all, our shared love for cute cats and cute Halloween decor. I'm so excited to have Deisy by my side on my special day and as a sister for the rest of our lives!

my OG sister, forever! One time, Olivia fell over before we were going to Kiddle Land and busted her lip open, halting our amusement park plans. Luckily, I forgave her after our years sharing our love of cheerleading, jumping on the couch to One Direction music, and our shared quick, witty humor. She is inclusive and brings joy wherever she goes, making her an essential part of this special day.

When I was randomly invited to a Color Run in high school with the cool basketball star, Sam, I was hesitant and nervous....but was met with the kindest, most FUN soul! Years later we would come together to lead Young Life together, and then become roommates before meeting both of our significant others. We have seen each other through really hard seasons of life, and have continued to stick by each others side no matter what comes our way. Her ability to be kind and encouraging, while also keeping it real is one of my favorite things about her. When I think of people who truly love God and love others - no matter what...I think of Sam.

I've know Silvana since high school, but we REALLy clicked in college when we discovered our shared love for Taylor Swift, reading, crafting, and a similar sense of humor. Silvana in incredibly intentional, making time for her friends no matter how crazy or busy her life may be. She is the type of friend to wake up at 5:30 a.m to meet you for coffee before work to ask you how you are REALLY doing. She is selfless, she is creative, and she is loyal...and I am so lucky to know her.

Sophia and I had so much fun in high school (choir, Young Life, a Disney World trip...) that we decided to stay friends in college, and have been in each others lives ever since. When I think of Sophia, I have SO many memories of us laughing, sharing the crazy things that are happening in our lives, and turning to each other when things get hard because we know we have each others backs. Sophia is constant, she is real, and she is unapologetically herself.
