Miguel & Ivone met through mutual friends when attending college. Miguel was attending Cal State Long Beach, while Ivone was attending Cal State Fullerton. They met in May 2019 and as summer came along, so did dates to the beach, to get ice cream, and to see the Dodgers. Then, on September 6, 2019, Miguel asked Ivone if she wanted to be his girlfriend and the rest is history!
