We recommend staying at Tenuta di Rota (Località Ruota alla Palazzina, 74, 50066 Reggello FI, Italy), the property where the wedding events will be held, if you're looking to spend the wedding week with us in a more intimate way! Tenuta di Rota is located in the hills of Tuscany and offers apartment-style rentals. Apartments: * A standard apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and private bathroom per bedroom), a kitchen, and living room space, accommodating a total of 4 people (layouts may vary slightly).* Rate: $700 per bedroom (2-person occupancy) for 3 nights. It is a required 3-night stay (Tuesday - Friday). All taxes and fees included. Option 1: Car RentalThis option is highly recommended if you plan on exploring the area since taxis are difficult to get in Tuscany. Please note that getting a taxi in Tuscany can be very difficult. If you're unable to get a taxi, we can come pick you up from the Incisa train station as well (~5min drive). Just let us know your expected arrival time! Purchasing Bullet Train TicketsYou can either purchase your tickets ahead of time or purchase them at the train station. A roundtrip shuttle service will be provided to/from Basilica di Santa Maria Novella and Tenuta di Rota.

Transportation

Florence is an easy ~50min train ride away if you want to spend the day exploring the city! You can purchase your train tickets on <a href="https://www.italiarail.com/?_ga=2.100548695.832207353.1737155285-64146640.1737155285" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ItaliaRail </a>(Route: Incisa - Firenze Santa Maria Novella). The Incisa train station is a ~10min drive from the venue and has a big parking lot. For those without a car, we're happy to coordinate drop-off/pick-up from the train station, just let us know! You can also find some winery recommendations below.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT TENUTA DI ROTA?

Tenuta di Rota is in rural Tuscany and the apartments are 'holiday rentals' with fully equipped kitchens and living room space, so there is no restaurant onsite. Breakfast is included during your stay and the wedding events will cover other meals. However, if you would like to explore the rest of Tuscany (i.e. visit wineries, go to restaurants, take pasta making classes, etc.) a rental car is recommended. See 'Things to Do' tab for some suggestions. We are happy to assist with logistical questions, just reach out!

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will take place indoors while the reception will take place outdoors. All other wedding events will also take place outdoors.Ladies, block heels are recommended as the outdoor events are on grass/gravel.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is parking at each apartment when you arrive at Tenuta di Rota. There is also extra parking at Villa il Palagio if needed.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Due to limited capacity, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children with the exception of immediate family.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes! Each event has a dress code listed.For the Wedding Day, ladies are encouraged to wear pastel :)
