What should I wear?
The attire for our wedding is semi-formal.
For the gentlemen, if you want to, feel free to wear your favorite cowboy boots or cowboy hat, complemented by a suit. This is not required, if western wear isn't your thing, no worries at all. Simply come dressed in your best semi-formal outfit and join in the celebration.
Ladies, feel free to wear any semi-formal dress! Think summer vibe! We want you to feel your best & comfortable in the Texas heat.
Of course, no white!
Can I bring a +1?
As much as we would love for everyone to be apart of our special day, we can only accommodate a certain amount of guests due to limited venue capacity. You may only bring a plus one if specified on your invitation. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, to account for traffic, parking, and delays. We want to start right on time, so please give yourself a buffer when driving to the venue!
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children, as we will have it specifically listed! If we are unable to invite your children we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your envelope. Your name and the name of your party should pop up, so make sure to click all names so that we receive all who are able to attend. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.
when should i rsvp by?
We ask that you RSVP no later than July 4th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors. Our cocktail hour will be indoors! We know Texas heat can be brutal, so we encourage you to dress lightly! We will be providing fans and lots of drinks to keep you cool!
WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm, we recommend guests arrive at 4:30 so there is time to park, mingle, and find a seat. If you happen to be late, don't worry! Since our ceremony will be outdoors, there will be room to add a seat in the back or stand so you can enjoy the moment.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is parking at the venue. Signs will be posted throughout, to give you direction on where to go!
