The Sugarberry Inn is located within walking distance to Main street, where most of the bars, restaurants, and shops are found. We have pre-booked several rooms from $225 to $265. Please note that they have a policy of not allowing guests under the age of 16. The rooms will only be retained until September 17^th.

The Fredericksburg Inn and Suites is centrally located in Fredericksburg, and is within walking distance to Main street, where most of the bars, restaurants, and shops can be found. The negotiated room rate is between $179 and $229 per night, with a 2-night minimum. We have held an assortment of rooms including King, Double, and Two Room Suites. Please note that you need to call them at (830) 997-0202 to receive our negotiated rate. Tell them you are with the "Helfrich Randall Wedding Party".

If you prefer other accommodation, we suggest you try vacasa.com, which is a property manager in the area with 75 sites including the highly recommended Blacksmiths Quarters and Wine Country Cottages. Additionally, airbnb.com has several places in the area.

We can also recommend the following hotels: The Peachtree Inn, Econolodge, and Kingwood Suites. You are by no means required to stay at any of these locations, but we recommend accommodation in that general area.

Transportation to the ceremony and reception will be provided from the Fredericksburg Inn and Sugarberry Inn only.
