Ladies, we recommend that you consider wearing appropriate footwear such as cowboy boots (encouraged!), flats, or wedges. In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Transportation

Transportation will be provided from Sugarberry Inn and Fredricksburg Inn & Suites to the Ceremony Site at the Randall Family Ranch and to the Reception to follow at Contigo Ranch. 

Please catch one of the shuttles at the following times and locations: 







4:15 Fredericksburg Inn, 201 S Washington

Return service will be provided continuously throughout the evening from the Reception







Both sites are a 40 min drive through rural country roads. For your safety, we highly recommend you utilize the provided transportation. If you insist on driving yourself, please park at Contigo Ranch where you will board the provided transportation to the ceremony site. 







No private vehicles will be allowed at the Randall Family Ranch Ceremony Site.

The Sugarberry Inn is located within walking distance to Main street, where most of the bars, restaurants, and shops are found. We have pre-booked several rooms from $225 to $265. Please note that they have a policy of not allowing guests under the age of 16. The rooms will only be retained until September 17th.

Sugarberry Inn

The Fredericksburg Inn and Suites is centrally located in Fredericksburg, and is within walking distance to Main street, where most of the bars, restaurants, and shops can be found. The negotiated room rate is between $179 and $229 per night, with a 2-night minimum. We have held an assortment of rooms including King, Double, and Two Room Suites. Please note that you need to call them at (830) 997-0202 to receive our negotiated rate. Tell them you are with the "Helfrich Randall Wedding Party".

Fredericksburg Inn & Suites

We can also recommend the following hotels: The Peachtree Inn, Econolodge, and Kingwood Suites. You are by no means required to stay at any of these locations, but we recommend accommodation in that general area.Transportation to the ceremony and reception will be provided from the Fredericksburg Inn and Sugarberry Inn only.
