Doors open at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please take the elevators to the 5th floor when you arrive. The ceremony will take place in the Renaissance Ballroom.

Our dress code is formal attire. We ask that men wear a suit and women wear a formal dress.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from using phones or cameras and enjoy this special moment with us.

As much as we love little ones, this is an adult only event and we kindly ask that children not attend.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we’d like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, please email Shay.Gordon@ihg.com. Additionally, there are several hotels in the area should you prefer to stay elsewhere.

O’Hare International or Midway International are roughly the same distance to the hotel. Both airports offer public transportation options as well as ride share.

August in Chicago is typically warm and humid. We do, however, recommend a light jacket as the evenings may be cool.
