Our special event will arrive faster than you think! To make sure your hotel reservation process goes smoothly please follow these helpful tips:

☐ Book as early as possible. It is better to cancel a reservation late than try to reserve when it’s too late!

☐ Book before the cut-off date: 3-14-2025 @ 6pm

☐ Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 11 am the day of departure.

RESERVATION METHOD:

Individual Call-In:

Reservations will be made by individuals directly with the Hotel Reservations Department before the cut-off date.

Please instruct your guests or attendees to contact our Reservations Department at 573-427-4789(STAY) and identify

themselves as guests or participants in your group, meeting or event in order to receive your special group rates.

Guests must cancel their reservations 48 hours prior to arrival or they will be charged for the first night’s room rate and

taxes.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or

guaranteed with a major credit card or guaranteed by the Group’s deposit. Brady Hotel will not hold any

reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Any rooms that do not appear on the booking page may indicate that room type is sold out. If Group block is made for multiple days and you only want one. Change dates by clicking on the date.
