Boat shuttles will be provided from the Clarion Hotel docks. Boat shuttles will run from 2:00pm until 2:50pm. Two boats will be running to and from the island and can take approximately 10 people each. The boat trip will be under 5 minutes.

Please boat up to the main dock in front of the camp/cottage and we will arrange for your boat to be moved to another dock a few properties down. Think of it as valet boat parking.

Though boat pickups will be at the Clarion Hotel, parking there is only available for guests of the hotel. Free parking is available at the City of Kenora Recreation Centre (Moncrief Construction Sports Centre). Please park near the baseball diamonds. It will be a 5-10min walk from the parking lot to the Clarion docks.

No, our ceremony will be unplugged. There will be a reminder prior to the ceremony.

We love your kids but due to the small size of the cottage/camp, our wedding will be adults only. Please reach out to us if you are breastfeeding and cannot be away from your infant for long.

Due to the bride's severe allergy, there will be no wine available on the tables or bar. Don't worry, there will be many other options!

There will be options for everyone!

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind you will be on a boat to get to the island and then on docks, grass, stairs and 100+ year old floors. It's a good idea to avoid stilettos. The evenings in Kenora can be chilly so it's a good idea to bring an extra layer (especially for the boat ride back to town).
