We are just a few minutes drive from down Kanab and in striking distance of many area attractions. We have the space to host families and even have a basketball hoop in the driveway to help entertain the kiddos (or adults)! Whether you are just swinging through town or plan to spend a good chunk of time in the area, we look forward to hosting you!

The space

You have the entire house to yourself! It includes a spacious living room, kitchen stocked with pots and pans if you want to stay in and cook, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a seated bathtub and the other with a tub/shower combo), and a laundry room with a washer and dryer to help clean the red sand off your clothes! There is also a covered patio out back to sit and admire the beautiful view of the red cliffs.

We have local TV channels via antenna and Roku to access apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. (You just need to use your login info.)

We welcome dogs, so let us know if your furry family member is joining you. Sorry to our feline friends but we do not allow cats.

We do not allow smoking in our home.

You have access to the entire house. The garage however is not accessible to guests.

The Red Canyon Retreat hosts 3 individual suites: The Bryce Suite is listed here offering 2 bedrooms, 1 with a King size bed and a double size sofa bed, 1 with a Queen size bed, and 1 couch and 1 convertible couch in the living room. The Grand Canyon Suite and the Zion Suite will be opening soon at the Red Canyon Retreat, offering additional space for large groups or family reunions.

Enjoy the 14 foot bi-fold glass door as it opens up to the enticing experiences available to you in the beautiful red rock country. Relax in our brand new hot tub at the end of the day and revisit the days adventures!

Whether your time at the Red Rock Retreat is for adventure or relaxation, you will find both in abundance here. Perfect for friends, couples, or families with all 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with King beds and 1 bedroom with Queen bunk beds) having attached baths, great for privacy. If you’re up for time together, the family room and kitchen have space for everyone. Lightly furnished kitchen with cookware and dishes you will need for your stay. A furnished back patio to sit and enjoy the Kanab views along with your morning coffee or evening beverage! We have indoor games and puzzles as well as a fire pit to enjoy s’mores outside. The star gazing is amazing and we highly recommend you enjoy an evening under the stars.

**Please be aware that this property is not suitable for young children or toddlers as there are 4 exits/entrances that lead out back to the pool area.** The pool is not fenced off and is easily accessible. There will be a waiver to sign before booking for insurance purposes. Please keep in mind that the pool is closed during the winter months. Depending on weather, the pool closes around mid-October and opens back up sometime in April. Our pool is weather dependent because it's heated with a heat pump and solar panel. Hot tub is open year round.

**For the safety of our property and also our guests, we've installed outdoor security cameras around the entire property. No parties allowed, quiet time is from 7am-10pm. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub and pool.

**Please remember the pool is closed during the winter months. The pool generally closes around mid-October and opens back up in April. The pool is heated with a heat pump and it can only heat the water as warm as the outside air temperature. Hot tub is open year round.
