The ceremony will be under the Redwoods. In case of rain, there will be umbrellas provided to each guest. There are 2 bathrooms at the ceremony site. The reception is also outdoors, in the case of inclement weather the site will be covered. Immediately following the ceremony there will be passed appetizers and cocktails. The dinner will be a buffet. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and every attempt will be made to accommodate. Dancing is inside the adjacent Lodge which has 2 bathrooms. (A wedding itinerary will be posted as it gets closer to the big day.)

Dress is semi-formal. This is a rustic venue with clear illuminated pathways but sloped with small inclines. Ladies, choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend bringing layers because the nights get chilly.

The weather in this part of the country is slightly unpredictable, however, it is traditionally warmer during the day this time of year. Please check your weather app as it gets closer. We suggest planning for warm weather and wear layers. At night it will cool down. The ceremony and reception site have filtered shade.

Yes, the resort will transport those requiring assistance to and from their cabins and to and from the ceremony site and reception/dinner. If able to walk to your cabin you will need to use your cell phone flashlight after the festivities Wednesday & Thursday nights. All pathways are ADA compliant.

No, however there is a kitchen at the Lodge for snacks, beverages & breakfast Wednesday morning. Oh, and coffee (we love coffee)
