As most of you have heard individually after expressing interest in coordinated lodging, we booked a lodge for a large group of us to stay together for the wedding. It is called the Bluestem Bluebell, and it is a 12 bedroom, 12 bath double lodge with a number of amenities in the Smoky Cove Resort. We are very excited to stay with you all and get to have quality time together beyond just seeing you at the wedding! We have booked the lodge from May 1st to May 5th.

We are asking that people pay for the cost of their room for the number of nights they choose to stay. We will cover any additional costs for empty rooms if you are not going to be there as early as Wednesday, so no worries on the number of days you stay. When we break down the cost by room by night, it is $120 per night. This means that if one family has one room, that will be their price per night. In the case of a couple of individuals who will be sharing the double bed rooms, the cost will be split amongst those individuals and still only be $120/night total for the room.

We tried to find a cost-effective option that provides us more amenities than a typical hotel stay and also gives people some privacy while allowing us time together. With nearly every bedroom having their own bathroom, we are hopeful we have achieved that. However, if you have any concerns about lodging or the cost, please do not hesitate to reach out. We want everyone to enjoy their stay.

We have already paid for the booking, so when paying for the room, you are welcome to pay Brandon or me via Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, Apple Pay, or another mode if you prefer. We are in no rush but do ask that your room be paid for by May 5th/checkout. You are also welcome to pay for portions as you go if that is easiest. We are flexible and just so excited to see everyone!
