It's been almost three years since John messaged Jacqi asking what the best place to get chicken wings in The Valley was. We all know Tinder is used for fleeting encounters and that was the mutual understanding we had. The first date at the Edinburg Birding Center started with a long walk, a deep talk about our families, and a bond built on being Ravenclaws and Disney nerds. This led to "the feels" immediately and unexpectedly. After three months of testing the waters, we made things official in February and celebrated our first Valentine's Day by going to Gladys Porter Zoo.

From late nights playing D&D or watching football with friends to playing Catan with our son, Loucas; we have thought of forever together. From the WesMer drive-in movies to Six Flags Fiesta Texas to shows at the Tower Theater; we have thought of forever together. From bookstores to boba shops to dog parks to Sundays for larping or frisbee; we have thought of forever.

And now, officially, forever is here.
