After our cocktail hour, we will be serving a plated dinner reception.
The dinner menu offers the following to our guests:
Starters
- Artisan bread basket
- Fall Salad: fresh field greens, dried cranberries, feta cheese, & candied walnuts, nicely finished with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette
Entrees
Guests' choice of one of the following entrees with a side of haricot vert
- Beef Short Ribs: Boneless ribs in a homemade wine sauce garnished with fried leeks. Served on a bed of savory mashed sweet potatoes.
- Bone-in Chicken: Eight-cut chicken served in a rich white wine, cream & caramelized onion sauce. Served with asiago mashed potatoes
- Butternut Squash Ravioli: Served on a bed of roasted spaghetti squash and drizzled with demi beurre blanc and fried sage
