Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Indoors. The wedding Ceremony will be held inside the Chapel at The Park Savoy. Cocktail hour and our Reception will also be indoors at The Park Savoy. Please note there will be an outside patio during Cocktail hour and the Reception (with space heaters) if anyone would like to enjoy the outside air.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Formal, Black-Tie Optional. We ask that you dress your best. For our male guests, please wear a suit and tie (bow ties are great too) or a tux. For the ladies, please wear a floor length or midi dress.

Do you have a room block at a nearby hotel?

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms for the Aiello-Pentz wedding at The Archer Hotel in Florham Park, NJ. To book your stay at the discounted rate, please use the booking link located under the “Hotel” tab on our wedding website. Rooms are available from Wednesday, November 12th through Friday, November 14th, and you're welcome to book for one or two nights—either way, you’ll receive the group rate!

Will there be transportation to and from The Archer Hotel?

Yes! We will have a shuttle service running to bring guests to The Park Savoy and bring them back to The Archer Hotel at the end of the night! The shuttle service start time from The Archer to Park Savoy is at 3:40 PM. At the end of the After Party at the Park Savoy the shuttle will take everyone back to The Archer at 11:00PM. Please note if you plan to leave earlier than 11pm you will need to have your own transportation back.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes. The Park Savoy Estate will have self-parking and a valet onsite.

Am I allowed to take photos during your ceremony?

No. We kindly request that our ceremony remain unplugged. While this term may be new to some, it simply means we ask you to refrain from taking photos or videos on your phones during the ceremony. Your presence and full attention mean the world to us, and we want you to share in this special moment with us completely. Our professional photographers and videographers will beautifully capture these memories for us all to cherish. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

No. The timeline of the day is important to us. We'll jump right into the Cocktail Hour following the Ceremony. The Reception will follow directly after.

Is there an open bar?

We wouldn't have a wedding without one! Please enjoy 6 hours of an open bar during our cocktail hour, reception, and after party! Cheers!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If you were given a plus one it would be listed on your invitation. Please note the number of seats we reserved in your honor. Thank you!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

If your children were invited, your invite will specify "Family". If there is any confusion please reach out to the bride or groom directly before RSVPing. Thank you for your understanding.
