Alec and I were roommates for our final two years at The Citadel - how he put up with me I have no idea. My favorite memories include nearly freezing together camping near Asheville and driving straight into hurricanes in Jacksonville. He is all around the kindest soul and best person I know.

The Pale Orc, although Caleb may have a tough exterior, underneath he is the best friend you could ever have. Many of my favorite memories at The Citadel include Caleb and we have shared many jack and cokes at Moe's Tavern.

Jake and I go way back to The Citta Scout Reservation, my favorite place on earth. Jake and I stayed in touch throughout college, my deployment and ever since. A great friend to talk to, he knows more of about the avant-garde restaurants and bars of DC than I ever will.

Jerry and I met through the national guard, he was one of the first new PLs to come to the unit after I came home. He brought more passion and enthusiasm to the unit than I have seen in a long time. some of my favorite memories will be not getting murdered in biker bars and partying on river boats.

Marc and I have been friends since my junior year of high school. Another lover of history, we shared Mrs. Whelan's year long AP World history class. One of my favorite memories is our camping trip in Asheville and touring the Biltmore.

Chance and I went to The Citadel together, but we didn't become close friends until our deployment to Kuwait. As two of the three platoon leaders in the company we had to have each others' backs. Some of my favorite memories will always be sausage Saturdays behind the motorpool and random recovery missions well after midnight.

Luis and I also met in the sands of Kuwait and the lead up to. I cant find enough good things to say about him but I will say I definitely want to be like him when I grow up. he kept me sane in the never ending desert of Kuwait. Some of my best memories are watching jeep videos planning our builds and weather sand storms on the range. He has always stood by me and is a true brother.

Shawn is the oldest friend that I have, we met in Tiger Scouts in the 1st grade. We also went to high school together! Shawn is the man who convinced me to join the Citta Scout Camp Staff which absolutely changed my life for the better. I can't choose my favorite memories, a top list would be Camp Staff, Jamboree, Weddings, and all of the high jinks we got up to.
