Parking will be available on site at Gesstwood camp.

Please arrive at least half an hour early to allow time to find parking and seating at the ceremony. The venue is located in the county and may be more difficult to find if you are unfamiliar with the area.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Please be prepared, rain or shine.

Although the bride & groom adore your little ones, the wedding celebration is for adults only.

The bride & groom have requested a NO PHONE policy during the ceremony. The officiant will allow a moment for you to take photographs, then ask you to turn your phone off. Please ensure your ringtone is off for the ceremony. Please respect these wishes, as the bride and groom want you to be present in the moment!

Before finding your seating at the ceremony, grab some confetti. Please throw the confetti AFTER the bride & groom say “I do” ! :D

A Polaroid Photo Guestbook will be available to sign during cocktail hour and a portion of the reception. Please try to sign the guestbook during cocktail hour so you have more time to dance during the reception!

There is an outdoor washroom facility available for use before the reception hall is open. For accessibility requests, please ask an usher for assistance to a nearby indoor washroom.

Dinner will be served to each table, family-style. The dishes will include chicken, beef, seafood, with vegetables and potatoes. Salad and buns will also be served. There will be coffee & tea self-service following dinner.

The Summer Solstice Wedding is an indoor/outdoor celebration. Food and beverages can be enjoyed anywhere on the grounds.

Speeches from the guests are welcome throughout dinner & dessert- ask the DJ!

There is a smoking gazebo located outside. Please make use of the cigarette butt disposals supplied, DO NOT litter.

A school bus shuttle will be offered , and will pick you up outside of Caesars Windsor at 2:45 P.M.

The return shuttle will pick guests up at 12 A.M from Gesstwood and drop you off at Caesars Windsor.

Please note, the shuttle is first come, first serve. 48 seats are available .

Please do not drink & drive. You are welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight and retrieve it the following day - take a cab home if you need to !
