Please note the check-in times. If checking-in before the wedding, it is recommended to book Friday night as well since check-in is at 3 P.M, and guest arrival at the venue is 3:30 P.M. Caesars is approximately 35 minutes from the venue. You can request an early check-in on the day of the event before 3:00 P.M for a fee. However, it is based on availability. Please inquire with the hotel for prices.

Alternatively, you may request a late check -in.

A school bus shuttle will be offered , and will pick you up outside of Caesars Windsor at 2:45 P.M.

The return shuttle will pick guests up at 12 A.M from Gesstwood and drop you off at Caesars Windsor.

Please note, the shuttle is first come, first serve. 48 seats are available .

Please do not drink & drive. You are welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight and retrieve it the following day - take a cab home if you need to !
