Please arrive at the Arrabelle Gondola by 4:00pm. Please load the Gondola no later than 4:15pm. The Gondola ride will be about 10-15 minute ride. It is enclosed and can hold up to 8 people. When you arrive at the top of the mountain, it will be a 5-10 minute paved walk to the ceremony spot. There will be a golf cart for anyone who may need help.




The ceremony will begin at 5pm. If you are late, staff will not let you walk to the ceremony spot. So PLEASE be on time. You should be seated by at least 4:55.

Please note: this will be a breathtaking view, please allow time BEFORE the ceremony for photos with your loved ones/families. As there will not be time for photos after the ceremony. Again, please be seated by 4:55.

After the ceremony, please swiftly make your way back to the gondola and head to The Arabelle Great Room/Terrace where the Cocktail Hour/Reception will take place. 



There is no shade on the deck and it is stone seating. A jacket, umbrella and sunscreen are recommended due to constantly changing weather. Even though the path is paved we do not recommend any kind of stiletto shoe, as the deck is located up a hill. Flats or wedges are recommended.
There is a golf cart (and a driver provided) for guests that need assistance.



Parking is available in the Lionshead Parking Garage (395 S Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO 81657). Please allow ample time to find parking - this is a busy weekend, so parking fills up quick. If the Lionshead Structure is full, parking is available at the Vail Village Parking Structure (241 E Meadow Dr, Vail, CO 81657). If both parking structures are full, street parking is available on S. Frontage Road. Vail Resorts does not cover any parking fees. There is also a Lionshead Village shuttle bus that runs through the village all day until 1am free of charge. 
There is no physical address for the Event Deck In lieu of listing an address, you can list Vail Mountain Event Deck located in Lionshead Village.

Guests will load the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead Village for access to the wedding deck. The ride up the gondola takes approximately 15 minutes. Approximately 8 guests can fit on the gondola. 
All coordinated guest lift tickets will be available for pick up on the day of the wedding at the base of the Eagle Bahn Gondola. The coordinated usher will be handing out Gondola passes at 4:15pm. Do NOT be late. 
There is a restaurant (Bistro Fourteen) located at the top of the mountain if your guests would like a drink/food prior to your ceremony.

Cocktail Hour & Reception will be located in The Arrabelle Great Room/Terrace
